This weekend at the Sales Success Summit has been extremely
eye-opening.
I've been able to learn from Quinn how to better communicate to my customers and close the deal through small day-to-day changes.
Many discussions on psychology, presentation connections took place.

I recall at least 3 instances where a topic Quinn covered led to me making a sale that I would have otherwise lost. I've made at least $10,000 more dollars this year than I would have if I had not participated in Quinns Master Mind program. Anyone that does not participate is missing the boat on the best continual training regime I've ever been exposed to.

This has been such a powerful event for me. I have gained so much by talking and listening to everyone in the room. The connections I made with everyone will be lasting and I think we're going to be friends for a long time. It's the beginning of something special.

Quinn cares about me maybe more than I care about myself. He has a big heart and is willing to give it all to a total stranger. He is very driven and wanting to follow his path. A giver.

Know Quinn
I grew up on a farm. I dreamed of having my own farm being an Entrepreneur from a very young age. I saw myself having 4-6 combines, multiple tractors and pieces of equipment of each including several tractor trailer trucks to haul the grain to the warehouse. I wanted it big and still do but have changed what the big is to me. My dad had a poverty victim mindset and stayed small and didn’t take chances. My dad started doing fence work while I was a teenager (I did some of the sales as a teenager and this is how my sales career got started). I quit school at 15 years old to help my dad save the farm that he was financially about to lose. I wanted more, so much more. I started my own business at 23 years old beginning my entrepreneurial journey. I became very successful so began to grow except I grew to fast not understanding manageable growth and how to effectively set up business so it toppled me into bankruptcy in 2004. Since I have no quit or give up in me I persevered through and on surviving 1 day at a time. After coming back from that and being successful I grew tired of just surviving so I decided to move into corporate sales (as I always loved helping people get what they want). I wasn’t sure I had corporate sales ability in me but soon rose to the top sales rep (out of 140 in the company I joined)as well as the to regional sales manager out of 8 regional managers managing a team of 20-25 sales reps that started out in last place and within 3 years our team was in first place (my team still reaches out to me, even though I am not there) telling me how much they miss me realizing the things I had them doing that they thought were not important but now they realize that is what made us the #1 team. It was fun being the team that others are chasing. This allowed me to begin multiple streams of income. I became the financial investor in several businesses, purchased and fixed up a duplex for residual income, Invested in Crypto, started a sales coaching career after many kept asking me for help. Also put the foundation and structure to a business that if I decide to finish and launch has potential to a massive 100-200 million dollar company. And finally standing up for myself and walking away from a 32 year toxic marriage. I have also recently dealt with bringing in the wrong business managers causing me to lose several hundred thousand but knowing that I now have the knowledge of grow it back quickly. I have been doing weekend events training on all aspects of life (65% on Sales and 35% covering the rest of life including taxes, retirement and how we are as a person etc). I am looking forward to teaching others on larger and larger stage platforms and doing more weekend training events on a much bigger scale and at resort type settings and with more influential people having a business that allows me to do what I love (helping others be successful in all areas of their lives) while making money with that as well as the residual income from the other business investments I have.

Hey Quinn,
I wrote down some thoughts of the weekend and wanted to share them with you, I hope you don’t mind. I went into this weekend prepared to absorb all the knowledge I could to help grow my career. However, I must say I was truly blown away. There was so much talent and skill in that one room, it was amazing to see and be a part of! When I heard of this event, it was obvious we had a leader who was dedicated to helping us improve and grow. What I didn’t expect to see was that every person in that room was dedicated not only to their own growth, but the growth of others. This was a family environment while I was expecting a company environment, and I feel excited to be a part of this. Thank you for all you did to create this! I took away knowledge from every person on this team and at this event. I really could not think of any questions at the time, as this
whole experience has been a firehose of information thus far. Yet, I was excited to hear the questions being asked and the answers given. As that means I have that knowledge now before I need it instead of after I needed it. I took away ALOT from this as a new member of Safe Step and I would like to share some of that with you. I love reading and listening to audiobooks, I received 14 audiobook/YouTube suggestions to improve my growth. I received several good ideas for ways to improve my presentation, and that it is Ok to find the best way for me instead of just one set way to do things. The installation side of it was definitely beneficial to see their side and the things they need on the job before I make those mistakes hopefully. A big take away was empathy is invaluable in
the home with our clients. I learned all kinds of ways to use my tools to help me along the way. Most of all I learned being on this team with such truly amazing and talented people is also an invaluable tool and I am grateful to be a part of it. Thank you for all that you did to put this event together and I’m looking forward to the next one!!

Thank you for inviting me to your boot camp this weekend. My biggest take away is you care. Helping me/us made you no money; but it was clear you care about all our success. That free giving has endowed me to your service. If I can do anything for you, please dont hesitate to ask.
Thanks again
- Keith Cole
P.S. next time I would like to be there in person; if you would have me. Also, any zoom meeting I can join, I would love to continue this path of growth.
Quinn- I have a family outing Saturday or Sunday. Early Monday morning I’m back to work. I was off schedule when I received the invitation - is there any way that I can get a copy of the audio and or PowerPoint if available? Sounds awesome - congratulations on your efforts and commitment to improving yourself / extended as team as a whole! I Never want to miss out on growth opportunities or Deep dive training.
Thank you,
-Rick

How to Improve Your Business
Do you know what's really tough to do when you're in business?
You can't just wake up one day and decide to start an awesome business. You've got to put in a ton of work, and you better have an awesome idea if you want to succeed.
But it's still possible to get started, right? How do you do it? Here are some tips:
1) Get a mentor. A mentor is someone who has been where you are now, and they can help you figure out how to make your ideas come true. They're also usually willing to give advice and share their expertise with you.
2) Find someone else who is already doing what you want to do—whether that's running a similar business or just starting a small project of their own. Ask for advice from them! The worst thing that could happen is that they say no; the best thing that could happen is that they say yes and tell you exactly what steps it will take for them to help make your dream become reality!
3) Create goals for yourself based on the things that have worked for other people who have done similar things before. This will help ensure that everything is moving towards those goals instead of away from them!
10 Things To Do To Become a Successful Business person
If you want to become a successful businessperson, follow these steps:
1. Start a business with a clear mission.
2. Do research on your customers.
3. Make sure you know who you are, what you do, and why you do it.
4. Be able to stand out from your competitors— don't be afraid to be
different!
5. Take care of your employees, because they're the ones who will make
or break your company's success!
6. Don't forget about your family— they can help you stay grounded and
keep things in perspective when times get tough!
7. Think outside the box and don't be afraid to try new ideas (even if they
seem crazy at first).
8. Be confident in yourself and in your abilities; this will help guide others
toward success as well!
9. Work hard and smart—it's easy to coast through life when you're not
challenged by anything difficult at work too often!
10. Learn from everything that happens around you: learn from mistakes
made by other people, learn from successes.
How to Create a Winning Business
When you're starting a business, it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day operations of your company. But those things can be fleeting—and they're not what will make or break your business. The thing that really matters is how well you plan your company's success.
A good business plan will help you set up a solid foundation for your work and will help you manage the growth of your business in an organized way. It'll give you a clear idea of what kind of investment you need to get started and where those funds should go once they're in place. It'll even help you figure out how much time and money are needed to develop your product or service into something truly competitive on the market.
If this sounds like something that would benefit you, then keep reading!
How to Handle Objections
In the world of business, there are two types of people: those who think they're right and those who know they're wrong. If you're in the latter category, it's time to get familiar with objecting. Objections are like a little voice inside your head that says "that's not right." It's important to listen to them because they can help you make better decisions.
Here are some tips for handling objections:
- Don't ignore them! They might be important, but if you don't hear them out loud, they won't get resolved.
- Make sure they're grounded in facts and data—don't just say something because you don't want to admit that it isn't working. For example, if someone says "This is a bad idea," ask them why (or at least try). You may find that there's actually no reason at all—but if you don't ask, then neither party can learn anything from this conversation about what works or doesn't work for them.
- Don't let the other person off the hook too easily; there may be something about their idea that is worth considering.
The 4 Most Important Things To Do If You Want To Close More Sales
If you want to close more sales, you need to know the four most important things to do.
1. Put yourself in the buyers' shoes.
2. Understand how they think and react to the world around them.
3. Know what motivates them so that you can give them exactly what they want and need at the right time.
4. Give them value—don't just sell to them; make sure that what you're selling is something that will benefit them and their business in some way.
How to See Sales Through the Customer's Eyes
It's not just about the product. It's about the whole experience.
That's what we mean when we say that your customers are more important than your product. And it's not just about you—it's about them, too. Customers are looking for a complete package: an enjoyable and memorable experience that will give them the best possible chance of making a purchase decision, which means that you need to consider every aspect of their interaction with your brand.
For example: What does the customer want from your brand? Do they want to feel like they're getting a good deal? Do they want to feel like they're getting quality service? How do you make sure that your customers know what you're offering so they can decide whether or not they want to buy from you?
These are all questions that need answers if you want to see sales through the customer's eyes.
